Can I Earn a Trip to Paris Through Cooking Shows and Business Recruitment?

Becky and Cheryl, I'm in the running with you guys. Need 13k-ish points and need more shows!

I just rescheduled a cancellation from November to Dec 14th.

I really don't care about SAT at this point--I'll take the Director's package and be happy about it. Give me trip points!

More shows, more shows, more shows! We can do it!

I want those trip points too. And I need BIG shows!! I've been trying to host coach like crazy and enticing them with the awesome benefits of a $1000 show. And letting them know they'd be invited to our big $1000 brunch in December for hosts and consultants with $1000 shows. It didn't seem to motivate my host who got $913, but that's ok.

Has anyone done a 12 days of Christmas thing? I haven't sent out my November newsletter yet, so I'd like to mention it in there. I"ll have to go research it on CS.

We're all SO close!!! And congrats to those who are even closer!

I have done the 12 days of Christmas. I know someone has posted it on CS. You basically decide what product you want to give away if they book that date. I usually note that the gift is with shows of $500 or more. This way you don't fill up the dates and end up with $300 shows that think you are giving them a gift. Depending on how much you want the booking will decide on the gift. 2 years ago when I was trying to earn San Fran I offered gifts that were around $20. I filled all 12 of my days.
Hmmm you got me thinking about doing it again. I could use a few more bookings. I only have 4 for December.

I have 10 More shows for November 7 Catalog shows that I am actually coaching ( Thanks Morfia) Just met with a girl who is going to sign next week (she has 6 shows for December!) And I may sign my host from last night and I have to talk to 2 tomorrow that said they would sign after the Th. I am making time to round them up. I can not wait to get down to it! We will make it!!!

Monday's host had a death in the family, Thursday's host just broke up with her long time boyfriend and Friday's host is "too busy" with work and is sorry she just now told me today.

I really want to earn my first PC trip!!!

Ellen we are still in the first half of the month. Sure we have Thanksgiving sitting there like a giant Elephant at the end, but we can work with that! You just lost 3 parties. Get on the phone. You can fill Friday!! Offer a crazy incentive. Everyone here now what they will be doing on Friday, right? So do your hosts and friends. Have confidence when you ask (because they will laugh at you) then state your rebuttal...everyone already knows if they are busy or not. Offer to buy the ingredients so all she has to do is invite her friends. Then tell her if she gets 10 people there you'll do X...I don't know!! I so want Miami for you, girl! I almost want it more for you than for myself!!

Let me know how you are going to get those parties back!

You may remember that I was almost inactive last January... Well, I might not have been if I had remembered to send out the host packets for the 12 days. I had 4 who took me up on it. 2 of the packets I found in a pile in my office in Febuary!

Quick update....only need 2002 points for Paris! I decided to go look for some little thing that has something of Paris on is and get a bunch to carry with me to my shows. And when I am at the show that carries me over then I'll "celebrate" it with them with the small gift and maybe some sparkling cider!! I'm just excited cause this will be my first level three trip and I've always wanted to go to Paris!

Grrr I just had a cancellation. But on a positive note I signed a new recruit on the 11th! We're submitting her agreement today! So once my 3 new consultants qualify, I need $8000 more in sales. I have 8 parties on the books and I'm working hard every day to book more. I have a trade show tonight so hopefully I can get some bookings from that. I also have about 5 catalog shows on the go right now.

We BOTH have to stop that negative thinking! That's my big fear right now too! I'm going to be on the phone with my hosts for this month and next month telling them how much I appreciate their efforts and how they are helping me achieve a HUGE goal! I'm so excited!

OOooo! I can't wait to update my IPT! I have 3 shows from last week that still need to be submitted! One is at $1200 and the other at almost $900! (We won't talk about the other one...sigh...).

Quick update, just came home from a show $400 in sales and a signed Host with her four shows booked right there!!!
I will update again tommorrow night. I have 2 more shows tommorrow one sunday and then Monday night!!

I had four shows this week cancel on me. Then when I went to host coach one of my December hosts, she cancelled on me too! They are dropping like flies! It seems that I am taking 2 steps forward then 3 steps back.

Yes, I've already added them and I don't have any more recruits to qualify. I have to do this on all sales unless I sign and qualify someone before the end of the year. All my current leads are "maybe after the new year."

I have a fundraiser, 3 more cooking shows and 2 more catalog shows this month. Then I only have 3 cooking shows next month (so far).
