Hi all

I have a customer who bought his mom a $50 GC for her birthday, but she can't receive Fed Ex where she lives. My question is can she return the GC?

Can she not have it delivered to someone else? I am not sure about returning ther GC though.

I bet if she lives in the US that Pampered chef will be sure that her order gets to her. You should call customer service and find out. I can't imagine a person placing an online order and then having it cancelled by PC because of where they live. Keep us updated.
