Hi! I am pretty new to PC and I am still trying to get myself together enough to get info out to my customers. I've seen all the great files you all have made with tons of info, and have an Aug. newsletter I want to get out to my customers. What's the best way to do this? I'm afraid if I just do a file attachment to an email that nobody will open it to actually read it, and I def. can't afford to print and mail them all. What works best?
Thanks so much for the help. :)

Hi Carlee .. my husband is from WV too. I dont know if I can help you with this ... I've been sending them as attachments but no one has ever commented to me about them or anything. I havent found a really nice one to put in the body of the text yet ... but maybe try to find one of those!

hi! thanks for the reply =) this was my first attempt at a new thread and it took me like 10 minutes to find it again to see if anyone had looked at it! I did find a nice newsletter for Aug. on here that I tried to paste to my email, and it ALMOST worked, but then there was a bunch of weird stuff in there too...so oh well!
Where in WV is your husband from? I'm actually not FROM here, just a transplant, I'm from MI. But my mom and my step-dad did live in Georgia for a while, I think it was in Snellville.
All I remember from my one visit was the Atlanta traffic! AHH

Effective subject lines should be catchy and relevant to your audience. Consider using questions, numbers, or personalization. For example, "5 Easy Recipes to Try This Week" or "Exclusive Offer Just for You!" can grab attention and encourage opens.

How often should I send out my newsletters?

Consistency is key, but the frequency can vary based on your audience's preferences. A good starting point is to send newsletters once or twice a month. Monitor engagement metrics to adjust the frequency as needed, ensuring you don’t overwhelm your subscribers.

What type of content should I include in my newsletters?

Your newsletters should include a mix of valuable content such as recipes, cooking tips, product highlights, and promotions. Including customer testimonials or success stories can also enhance engagement and build trust with your audience.

How can I encourage customers to sign up for my newsletter?

Promote your newsletter through social media, your website, and during in-person events. Offer incentives such as exclusive discounts, free recipes, or entry into a giveaway for new subscribers. Make the sign-up process simple and accessible.

What metrics should I track to measure newsletter engagement?

Key metrics to track include open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribe rates. Analyzing these metrics will help you understand what content resonates with your audience and allow you to make informed adjustments to improve engagement.
