I am moving into a new apartment next month. The Apartment Manager asked if I wanted to put a flyer in the "Welcome Packet" that they give to all new residents advertising my business. This will be a big opportunity for me to "get my name out there" Does anyone have a cute flyer, or suggestion on what I could give to the apartment manager for the welcome packet?

It will pull up several flyers people have done about "A consultant in your neighborhood". Maybe Find one you like or get inspired on creating your own, tweak it to your liking and try it.Avoid the ones with monthly specials in them, since those always change.
