Hi Everyone,

I am having a difficult time getting bookings and have since gone inactive as a consultant.

I've gone back through my list of 100, contacted past guests/hosts and no one is interested in hosting right now. I either get "Not right now" or they don't call me back.

I have contemplated putting up a flyer in my neighbourhood. Our mailboxes are shared at the end of streets.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated. I have no family close by so no one can help me out.

Thanks!!

Have you thought of having an OPEN HOUSE to introduce the new products? Isn't there a file called Mystery Host or something like that? Someone help me out here.

I did an open house back in March but it was a flop :(

Hi there,

have you spoken to your director? Sometime I get a boost from mine and she gives great ideas to get bookings. What about fundraising? Offering a free cooking show ( you supple the ingredients) or a draw for a great free product. Call people and if they book and hold their show you enter their name. I did this in March and it was successful.

How about hosting your own summer BBQ with neighbors? A mom and kids show in your home showing off summer stuff. You can make an ice cream cake?

Or how about cooking with kids( moms come watch).

There are so many ideas out there and I believe there are bookings everywhere.

I will think of some other ideas and post them too.
