Does anyone have a bookings t-chart? One with open dates on one side and room for their name on the other side?

Sorry, I know my description isn't very clear...

Thanks!

There's a flyer called "Open Dates" at Welcome to A Fresh Perspective . Here's the link Free Stuff

There's a lot of free things on this website AND if you look at the downloadable workbooks to the cd's (you have to buy the cd but the workbook is free and i've only looked at some of the workbooks) but there's some iformation in them as well that could be helpful.

Too funny. I made "My Open Dates" after listening to an audio training by her during a retreat weekend held by my Director...never checked out her website, though. Thanks for posting it...

I don't know what a Booking T-Chart really is, but I can see how I can use it (once I figure out how to edit the dates and such. :)). By the way, great stuff on the Fresh Perspective page too. I definitely need one! (A fresh perspective- and MORE BACKBONE).:D

If you are not on the Fresh Perspective email list you should be. They have some of the best information to use with direct sales.

I agree! I use the 'Yes" coupons and staple them to every catalog. I've gotten quite a few bookings from it. I copy them on brightly colored paper to catch their attention which usually does. It's a wonderful site!

Tara
I Looked for the yes coupons, and could not find them??
Could you send me a copy?
Thanks Jennifer

It's under the 'Booking Basics" telecourse. These telecourses are $60 and that's way too much money for me - so I downloaded the FREE workbook for the course. There is quite a bit of information I can still use. Here's where I saved it to my computer. I think the yes coupons are the last page. Oh, and the 'Open Dates' are in this booklet, too.

Oops, forget to include the link :o

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Bookings T-Chart?

A Bookings T-Chart is a visual tool used in direct sales, particularly in Pampered Chef, to help consultants manage their party bookings. It typically consists of two columns: one for open dates and another for names of hosts or customers who have reserved those dates. This helps in organizing and tracking upcoming events efficiently.

How do I create a Bookings T-Chart?

To create a Bookings T-Chart, start by listing all your available dates in one column. In the adjacent column, leave space for names of potential hosts or customers. You can create this chart on paper, in a spreadsheet, or using a digital tool that allows for easy updates and modifications.

How can a Bookings T-Chart help with reservation management?

A Bookings T-Chart simplifies reservation management by providing a clear overview of your open dates and confirmed bookings. This allows you to quickly identify available slots, avoid double bookings, and follow up with potential hosts, making it easier to fill your calendar with parties.

What should I do if a date becomes unavailable?

If a date becomes unavailable, simply cross it off or mark it as booked in your T-Chart. You can also use color coding to indicate different statuses (e.g., available, booked, tentative) to make it visually easier to manage your reservations.

Can I use a Bookings T-Chart for online bookings?

Yes, a Bookings T-Chart can be adapted for online bookings. You can create a digital version using tools like Google Sheets or Excel, which allows you to share it with your team or customers. This way, everyone can see the available dates and make reservations in real-time, streamlining the booking process.
