Hey all,
I hate to have to ask this but......

I recently came across where someone posted a kind of booking game where they had the audience make a list of products they would like if money were no object. Then they had them add up their total, take off certain percents, take half off some, etc. Basically, it was to show exactly how much money they save by booking a show. I am having my first show tonight and would like to do this but I can't find it anywhere.....

Please, in the name of all that is Pampered Chef, can someone help me? :o

Make it up!Just wing it.
Pick a certain amount you are going to have everyone pretend they earned at their show:
Example of what to say:
Have everyone jot down at the back of their order form what they would like to get if money were no object!! Have them list these things for a few minutes. When everyone is finished have them get ready to check out their host benefits if they hosted a show.
An average show is $500 (or pick any amount you want to)
That's only 17 people who order $30. Some will order more and if you get more than 17 people to order you can increase your guest sales. Ok here we go. At $500 you get $90 in FREE products. So deduct $90 from your list. Average out which products added together would equal this amount.
Then at $500 you will get 2 half price items. Get your next two highest priced items and cut them in half. Now you can take 25% off of whatever you didn't get FREE. Half price items don't count and neither do host specials for the month, but what a deal it is to get anything for 50-60% off!! Don't forget to mention FREE shipping, and 10% discount for a full year after their show and the new booking benefit!!
Hope this works!! Have a great day!!
Debbie

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some cost-effective ways to book a Pampered Chef show?

To book a Pampered Chef show on a budget, consider hosting a virtual party instead of an in-person gathering. This eliminates venue costs and allows guests to participate from home. Additionally, you can leverage social media to promote your show and reach a wider audience without spending on advertising. Offering incentives like discounts or free products for bookings can also encourage participation.

How can I keep the costs low for supplies and materials?

To minimize costs for supplies, focus on digital invitations and promotional materials instead of printed ones. Utilize free online tools to create engaging graphics and invitations. For any physical supplies, consider borrowing items from friends or using what you already have at home. You can also ask your Pampered Chef consultant for samples or materials they might provide at no extra cost.

Are there any free resources available for planning my show?

Yes, there are many free resources available for planning your Pampered Chef show. The official Pampered Chef website offers a variety of planning tools, recipes, and tips for hosts. Additionally, you can find numerous blogs and YouTube channels dedicated to direct sales that provide valuable insights and strategies for hosting successful shows on a budget.

How can I encourage guests to spend without feeling pressured?

To encourage spending without pressure, focus on creating a fun and engaging atmosphere during your show. Highlight the value of the products and how they can enhance cooking experiences. Share personal stories and testimonials about the products, and offer exclusive deals or bundles that provide savings. Make sure to emphasize that participation is voluntary and that the primary goal is to enjoy the experience together.

What if I can't afford to provide food or drinks for my show?

If you're on a tight budget, consider making your show a potluck-style event where guests bring a dish to share. This not only reduces your costs but also allows guests to showcase their favorite recipes. Alternatively, you can host a "bring your own snack" show, where guests are encouraged to bring their own refreshments. This keeps the focus on the Pampered Chef products while minimizing your expenses.
