pennyn said:I don't ask host for money for the postage I trade them the page(s) of stamps I used for their invitations for full ones. I just tell them - to make this easy for you I will send your invitations, just get a couple sheets of stamps before the show and the day of the show I will trade you, when you get 40 or more names I will even cover the postage cost. I also print a full sheet of their return address labels and what ever I don't use I give them - I don't tell them about this before the show.
One of the best booking tips from last year was to always ask for referrals at the end of a party. This not only helps to expand your network but also increases the chances of booking more parties.
Following up with guests within 24-48 hours after the party is crucial. Send a personalized thank-you message and include a special offer for hosting their own party. This keeps the conversation going and encourages bookings.
During the party, engage guests by highlighting the benefits of hosting, such as free products and exclusive discounts. Sharing your personal hosting experience can also inspire them to consider booking their own party.
Having a booking incentive is very important as it provides an extra motivation for guests to host a party. This could be a discount on their next purchase or a free product for hosting, which can significantly increase your booking rates.
Social media is a powerful tool for booking parties. Sharing photos and testimonials from past parties, as well as promoting upcoming events, can attract interest and encourage guests to host their own parties.
