I pulled down your recipe file full of trifle recipes, went to the store and left my DH home with ingredients and a trifle bowl. I went scrapbooking for the day! We didn't remember to photograph it until it was almost gone. This is the chocolate raspberry trifle after it went to a wine tasting with us. It was a big hit. THANK YOU for all that you share with us. I was a hero!!!

1 16 oz pkg whipped topping
1 t rum flavoring
2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 c shredded, sweetened coconut, toasted*Cut pound cake into 1/2 inch cubes. Whip together cream cheese, whipped topping, and rum flavoring. Divide all ingredients in half. Layer in order:pound cake cubes
