Are These Recruiting Business Cards Effective?

What do you think of this card ? ? ?

You print on one side and then flip over and print on the other

You then use a paper cutter and cut them out the size of business cards

Do you think they look okay - the little red circle doesn't show that well or do you think it is okay ? ? ?

I think it's a great idea to print on both sides of the card and then cut them out to the size of business cards. It's a cost-effective way to get professional looking cards. As for the little red circle, if it's not showing up well, you could try using a bolder or brighter color to make it stand out more.
