I just received a small batter bowl I ordered for a friend and the lid had a big chunk broken off in the box. I'm surprised that they don't let you choose a lid replacement option instead of marking that the whole thing is damaged. Weird!!

Yeah, I just realized this after I placed my own adjustment. Now I'm feeling a little guilty because I think I just got a free small batter bowl (minus the lid) by default - since they probably won't ask me to send back the batter bowl. (And if they did ask me to send it back, the shipping would probably be as expensive as a brand new batter bowl.)

I guess I should have read these posts first about calling HO. But, then again, every time I've tried to call them in the past few days, I've been on hold for at least an hour - so I just hang up each time.
