How about this- I'll set one aside with your name on it. And I'll bring it to Conference with me, since I'm also Wave 1. The pins are a fun part of Conference.
Last year I told my Director that I was never going to attend Conference with a naked name badge. And this year I'll have 2 ribbons: Future Director and Career Club Sales.
