I need a great lentil soup recipy ASAP

A cute older women stoped me in the store today b/c she could not find the lentils after I found it for her she looked on the back for a recipe but on the back was just a dip recipe so I told her I was a PC consultant and woudl email her a recipe. she said she already got (some kind of meat I think she said pork) bones

Turns out we share the same name 2 it was really really funny!

I've made this one and really like it. I double the spices and use Sherry instead of vinegar, and top with Swiss cheese. Yummm.

Yes, double garlic, oregano, bay and basil. I like soups that are a bit stronger flavored. I also use broth instead of water, but I forgot to mention that the first time around!
