I agree totally!!!!!! That seems so much better! 1 Senior Consultant still promotes recruiting, but doesn't penalize the director when an indirect recruit doesn't submit something!!! That is the ONLY thing that I think needs to be tweaked on the new plan and then I think it would work so much...
