I'm planning to make this for the first time at a show. My hostess currently has 8 guests confirmed, but is expecting a least 2-3 more. So, my question is how many people does this recipe feed? Can you double it? I just want to make sure there is enough for everyone to try.

I just got my Trifle bowl and promised to make my family a dessert using it for Christmas day. Are there any Trifle recipes that can be made the day before and still taste fresh and good the next day?

I have a host that wants to make the 2 step fudge in addition to another item I am doing. I've never made the 2 step fudge but the recipes seems simple enough. Question though, how long does it take to firm up in the fridge before it can be served?
