did you update your product list in PP? Sometimes that happens to me when a new month starts. Update your product list and see if that works. Another way to tell if its not updated, is to do a search for an item and see if that product number exsists, if not, then it needs to be updated

tracking I was looking for a way to track the earned packages. I know how to for shows, individual orders, FR, etc... just not the earned ones. I get so excited when i see the UPS man and then he just drives right past our house.... :( I guess i might as well wait till Monday anyways...
