I'm loving the comfort foods!!!
 
I can hardly wait to try the new Loaded Baked Potato Soup! Looks heavenly!!! So does the Southwestern Meatloaf.
 
I made the loaded baked potato chowder and it's VERY GOOD! I didn't add any extras just the ingredients provided. It's thick after a few minutes but it's called CHOWDER! My 8 y.o. didn't understand that. I'm making it for my mtg tomorrow so I'll let you know what they think.
 
We had the chowder and the cake last week. Very good! But the cake batter is VERY thick!

I think again- PC is right on a trend. With the current state of the economy more people are eating at home and they want comfort food.
 
they really are Deb. The best part is I had everything for this recipe except the potatoes! THe others are staples in pretty much everyones fridge.
