I have a quick question I hope someone can help. I had a declined card today. When I go into the "resolve declined credit cards" area, I re-entered the card information. Will that reprocess the card?

Yes it will. It'll let you know if it is declined or approved within 15minutes. If it declines again, call HO tomorrow and have them manually run it....they'll use the billing zip and that usually resolves the prob. HTH

Anytime....was everything resolved?

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you had a declined card today. When you re-enter the card information in the "resolve declined credit cards" area, it does not automatically reprocess the card. Instead, it allows you to review and make any necessary updates to the card information before attempting to process it again. If you are still having trouble with the card, I recommend reaching out to our customer service team for further assistance. They will be happy to help you resolve the issue and process the payment successfully. Best of luck!

Frequently Asked Questions

Will re-entering my declined credit card information resolve the issue?

Re-entering your declined credit card information may resolve the issue if the decline was due to incorrect information, such as an expired card or a typo in the card number. However, if the card was declined for reasons like insufficient funds or a block by your bank, simply re-entering the information may not help.

What should I do if my credit card is declined after re-entering the information?

If your credit card is still declined after re-entering the information, check with your bank or credit card provider to understand the reason for the decline. They may provide insights or solutions that can help you complete your purchase.

Can I use a different payment method if my credit card is declined?

Yes, if your credit card is declined, you can choose to use a different payment method. Most online platforms, including Pampered Chef, offer multiple payment options such as PayPal, debit cards, or other credit cards.

Is there a limit on how many times I can re-enter my credit card information?

While there is typically no strict limit on how many times you can re-enter your credit card information, repeatedly attempting to process a declined transaction may lead to temporary blocks on your account for security reasons. It's best to resolve any issues with your bank first.

What happens if I continue to have issues with my credit card?

If you continue to have issues with your credit card, consider contacting your bank for assistance. Additionally, you can reach out to Pampered Chef customer service for help with your order, as they may be able to provide alternative solutions or assist with processing your payment.
