On the old Career Plan, every Consultant that has submitted at least $200 in the 2 "rolling months" would be considered active even if they aren't doing much or have since decided to get out of the business. Can you imagine the waste of printing and mailing all that! Sorry your director didn't print it out for you, but maybe you can ask her. After 5 years in the biz and you being a consistent source of commission for her, maybe she will. I personally think they send out a lot to us as it is.pampchefrhondab said:I am so confused on all this new stuff - maybe because I didn't get a NEW CAREER PLAN GUIDE SO I CAN'T LOOK AT PG. 12!!Yes, it urks me just a little!!
No, a consultant will not become inactive simply because they do not make sales on a specific day. Inactivity is typically determined by a longer period without sales, often several months, depending on the company's policies.
The timeframe for inactivity varies by company. For Pampered Chef, a consultant may need to go several months without sales before being considered inactive. It's best to check the specific guidelines provided by the company.
Yes, if a consultant becomes inactive, they can usually regain their active status by making a certain amount of sales or by meeting other requirements set by the company. It's advisable for them to check with their direct sales organization for specific steps.
If your consultant becomes inactive, your orders may still be processed if they are already in the system. However, for future orders, you may need to work with a different active consultant to ensure your needs are met.
You can support your consultant by placing orders, attending their parties, and encouraging others to do the same. Regular engagement and communication can help them maintain their active status and grow their business.
