I just saw this post and turned around to my office-mate and she was like OMG, she was just telling her mom last night after watching the Insider that she thinks the new husband killed daniel, and that anna nicole would be next.... so that he can claim the $$ from her pre-deceased husband... and then today she is dead, wow.... so sad for that poor baby!! I think that is is fishy, and anna nicole has been weird (drug wise) ever since the baby was born...

I just read where she was hospitalized and then went to CNN when I read Cindy's post about her death. She appeared to have her "stuff" together in her most recent interviews. I can't say I would have made the choices she has made in life but what a crazy life it has been for her. Despite everything, however, she has had so much to deal with these last few months. The emotional roller coaster of giving birth and then experiencing your son's death just days later. The marriage and the paternity battle. Now the Trim Spa battle. Hopefully her soul will be at rest. I wonder what the cause of her collapse and death are from.

Does sound awful fishy doesn't it? She did act kind of weird a few times out in public. Could be drugs, could be stress, could be a combo of things. Who knows, those diet pills she promoted could have done something after taking them for awhile. I'm scared to take those kinds of things myself. I hope the Burkhead guy turns out to be the real father. The Stern guy just seems like a jerk to me. And not because he shares the same name with another famous jerk.

I think the whole thing (her marrying Howard) is a cover up about him not being the real father. I used to watch the Anna Nicole show on E! and they were always like brother and sister, not romantic AT ALL! I am so sad for her and her daughter, and don't think that the husband had anything to do with it, but I think he should have to prove paternity before he can keep the baby...

Gillian you must have been reading my mind. I (sad to admit) use to watch the A N Show too (it was kinda like a car wreck...you don't want to watch but you get sucked in) I thought Howie was a total dufus ,,,not that she wasn't too (sorry I don't mean to be disrespectful, JMO). I'm sorry for her death and more sorry for her little baby. I don't think a paternity test would have dragged out so long had there not been something to hide (or not want to reveal). Valky

So, here is my guestimation:

She has been taking those Trimspa pills, which only do some good for so long, and she was a coke addict, a B&P'r and partied way too much. Had a HUGE amount of stress within the last 6-8 months. I truly think she just colapsed from extreme exaustion, and her heart failed her.

She was not healthy (skinny does not mean in good shape) and it all caught up with her. Sad, but it was going to happen sooner or later.

I am watching CNN and they said that Larry Birkhart (sp?) is already trying to get custody of the baby and she is still in the Bahamas. She always acted on the show like she would rather die than mess around with Howard, so it looked a little suspicious when they up and got married. Plus, if he was really the father why wouldn't they say that when she announced the pregnancy instead of after the baby was born?? I agree with Valky- if she had nothing to hide she would have done the paternity test a long time ago!

I saw this news just before I logged on. My first thought was how sad it has all been. This poor woman seemed to try everything she (or someone else) could think of to feel good enough, pretty enough, . . . just . . . enough. My heart goes out to her child. The chances of her having any semblance of a normal life are slim.

It's is just a sad life all together. I feel sorry for the poor baby, but then I do not see Anna Nicole as a good mother either.(not to disrespect the dead) I was hoping the baby would change her life for the best.
