I'm getting my marriage blessed in July (we'll have been together for 10 years and never had our big day, the mayor married us) and I have my dress but am trying to lose 15 pounds so that I don't look like a "PIG" in it! Actually, I'm worried about the under arm jiggle when I wear the dress! I guess I just need to firm up! But if I wasn't so addicted to this site....I COULD exercise! Wish me luck!

She said when you buy a dress for the stage walk at conference, make sure you try it on and wave your arm rapidly to see what goes on under there! You get SO excited and lose all control over making sure your jiggle stays tame! LOL!!!

You are too funny!Paige Dixon said:anyone have the retro pig wands?
A retro pig wand is a unique fitness tool designed to help tone and tighten the underarm area. It provides resistance during exercises targeted at the triceps and surrounding muscles, which can help reduce the appearance of jiggle over time.
Anyone looking to improve the firmness of their underarm area can benefit from using a retro pig wand. This includes individuals who may have experienced weight fluctuations, new mothers, or those simply wanting to enhance their overall fitness routine.
For optimal results, it is recommended to use the retro pig wand at least 3-4 times a week. Consistency is key, along with pairing it with a balanced diet and overall fitness regimen to see improvements in muscle tone.
Yes, there are several exercises you can perform with the retro pig wand, including tricep extensions, lateral raises, and arm circles. These exercises target the muscles in the underarm area and help to tone and tighten the skin.
If you have previous injuries or medical conditions, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before using the retro pig wand. They can provide guidance on whether this tool is suitable for your specific situation and recommend modifications if necessary.
