Thanks!! I really appreciate it! :) I wonder if there's a way to e-mail it somehow? If not, if you could mail me a copy then I would reimburse you for the postage & any other costs involved. :)

On the supply order, you can buy trining CDs, most are from past Conferences & they are 2.00 a piece....:D
 
Ginger, I'd love a copy too! My copy is somewhere in Japan (no way hubby would find it, I hadn't even pulled it out of a box yet from last year when we moved from Okinawa to Tokyo). I've been wanting to share it with my team, but couldn't find the silly CD! ;)I'll upload it to 4Shared (password protected) and post when I have that done in case anyone else wants to download it for free.
 
I have it but am not sure where it is right now ... should give it another listen.
 
Host coaching is one thing I REALLY REALLY need to work on.
I'd love to see it when Sheila gets it up and running.
 
I have not forgotten about you. Its just been SO hot lately, so DH has been a little cranky :(. Once Friday rolls around I'll work on him...;)
