Are you making the lime berry mousse trifle from start to finish at your show or are you preparing it before?

All different stuff...last night I made the Chicken Enchilada Ring - today I am making the Lemon Herb Chicken Ring - Monday night for our cluster meeting I am attempting the Lime Berry Mousse Trifle

Aloha Pizza so far - I need another recipe for a March 29th show since it is booked off one on Feb 28th where I made Aloha Pizza.

That is my project in a few hours...make a list of recipes after I get some cleaning done!

This is what I'm offering my March/April hosts. So far, the 7 layer SW salad is the favorite I think. We'll see. HTH

all of my hosts have picked the Aloha Pizza. I am going to do a trifle to hopefully spark interest in April shows.

I HATE doing more than 1 recipe, but I will this time. Every time I do more than 1 my bookings aren't great OR the show lasts FOREVER!! This time I am either going to bring an already assembled trifle or have it completely prepped and just toss it together.

Thanks Sherrie - I'm going to look at a few of those.

Chef Kearns - I did a Banana cream trifle last show that is REALLY easy.

Have 1 yellow cake mix made ahead of time and 2 boxes of banana cream pudding.

At show, place about 1/3 to 1/2 of the cake mix in, add half the banana cream pudding, slice bananas and place on pudding. Slice strawberries in the egg slicer and place around the edges of the bowl. Add a layer of whipped cream and then repeat. Place remaining strawberries and bananas on top or chocolate chips ground up in the cheese grater.

It is quick, easy and tastes great!

I think I used about 6-8 strawberries and about 2 bananas.
