What Will I Be Getting?

I've placed the order for my kit... Other than the products, can anyone tell me what I should be receiving as far as buisness tools? I just read the discussion about what receipt to use, and wondered which I would be getting? Is there a list of Items I should take to a show with me? Timeline?
