why does it show up under my name aswhy does it show up under my name as "jumior memeber"????????

That's just what they call us until we post a few times. I think it's 25 or 30 posts and it will change to "member" then after a while it'll change to "senior member" - that's what they did when chef success started.

WHEW! I thought some weird stuff when I saw that!

Beth-I used to live in Raleigh, work in Durham and one of my good friends lives in Mebane! How is business there?

Very good! I know of at least 2 other directors and lots of other consultants who live here and we all have plenty of business. (Mebane itself is not very large a town.) Could I possibly know your friend? Is she a consultant?

Where do you live now Meg?

I am originally from WI (South Milwaukee, LaCrosse, Waukesha) and lived briefly in West Lafayette, IN and then Oak Ridge NC before settling here. And I mean settling - I have lived in this house for 7 years - I have NEVER lived anywhere for this long in my entire life!

We now live in Chesterfield VA-we have been here 13 years. My friend isn't in PC, but her name is Laura Peterson...we worked together in RTP many years ago!
I loved that area, but my husband's family is from here, so we chose to leave and raise our family near family. I do plan to come down for the Director's Training in October-are you planning to go to that?

Yes! I will be there! I can't wait!!

Laura's name is very familiar but it could just be a familiar name... it would be interesting if I did know her now wouldn't it be?

so did we figure out how many posts we need before we loose our junior status? Since this is 25 I guess I'll find out soon.

I love Puritans Pride. They are very high quality - have to mail order. I take the Womens Formula Multi time Release. I also take fish oil, calcium, grapeseed extract and green tea.

I used to take fish oil, for nearly 6 months, but I never felt any difference. I just take a multi and mineral vitamin a few times a week.

Prenatal Vitamins right now.

I know this will sound strange but EVERY TIME I take a multi-vitamin i get a urinary tract infection. My gynocoligst finally told me to just quit trying to take any! I can take prenatal with no problem though.

I found A LOT of things change when pregnant...my allergies went away while pregnant, my lactose intolerance when away too, and so did my headaches.

...but I was diabetic when pregnant...

I started taking fish oil for heart health benefits. A couple of weeks after I started it my skin started getting soft and better looking. When I told m7y daughter about this she said Kim Cattrell from Sex in the City swears by this for better skin.

I take the Mega from GNC, plus B complex, kelp and Palafer.
I take glucosamine as needed- which is alot since I sprained my wrist a week and a half ago.
My mom says I should be taking melatonin too- I might try it.

HA! When I read I sometimes skim and let my brain fill in the rest. When I read your post, I thought you said 7 yr old daughter and I was wondering WHY you were letting her watch Sex in the City!!!

I daily take Shaklee's Vitalea with Iron...a multi-vitamin but also a prenatal because of the ingredients. It's awesome! I can definitely tell when I miss a day. It gives me energy and has reduced PMS greatly!

I'm horrible about taking vitamins (they make me burp for hours!) DH became a consultant for Nikken last year and he swears by their supplements and vitamins. He bought me some and I take them every once in a while....mostly I just look at the package. I do use their magnetic wrist wrap for my carpel tunnel problem though.

I take Pure Essence One and Only, Coromega Fish Oils, I stopped taking my sublingual b12 because my Power Pops have B12, I take iron a few times a week. I also Take a Calcium Magnesium supplement and lots of Vitamin D

The Calcium Magnesium will help with chocolate cravings and PMS symptoms

I don't think you are going to feel different taking Fish Oils but you body will appreciate it.

I have to take lots of vitamins because I have had gastric bypass surgery - Not because I am some health nut.

For people that have trouble with burping or other problems - Find a good food based vitamin and high quality fish oils. You will rarely find the good stuff at Walmart

Good point about the Fish Oil. i make sure mine are coated -so no burping or after taste. I've heard this can be nasty.

I used to get my vitamins from Puritans Pride but have switched to Vitacost. One low shipping cost no matter how much I order and the lowest prices on what we take. I take a Rainbow Light one-a-day multi... a daily dose of either Psyllium husks or Colon Care (both by Yerba Prima)... prescription strength Vit D... Vitamin C... Slo-Fe iron... I think that's it right now. During times of stress I also take a B-complex.

I am taking prenatal vitamins. I do not normally take vitamins. Every time I have tried a mutti-vitamin I get a kidney infection. My doctor finally told me to quit trying to take them since it happened 3 or 4 times in a row.

Thanks for the tip- I will check into vitacost.

I take Iron (when I remember). I also take Pure Unrefined Organic Coconut oil. I (try) to take 1 tbsp two times a day. I melt it and put it in my green tea or coffee. You can also cook with it if you don't like to drink it.

I take a multi maybe twice a week. I usually eat fairly well.

I take a multi and when I feel like I'm getting a cold or something I take an extra Vitamin C.

I take a womans multi vitamin.
