I have 2 shows scheduled w/ this woman. She is a baker. A healthy Baker. She uses whole grains, organic ingredients and such. She also councils a group or 2 not sure on healthy lifestyle cooking. Low fat, healthy, high fiber.

SO I need not 1 but 2 recipes. 1 show is 11am the other 7pm

Any suggestions? Apple berry salsa comes to mind. Any thing else??
