Fairly new to Pampered Chef...but I keep seeing Wave 1 or Wave 2, etc. on posts...what is that?

They are for National Conference. First 3 days is Wave 1, Second 3 days is Wave 2 and Third 3 days is Wave 3.

Also your placement wave is based on your National or Executive Director, whichever they are in - you are in.

Wave assignments (by ED) for National Conference are posted on CC - you can check them out there - the link is right on the main page.

I asked my director what wave I was in and she said "We are actually
considered Home Office Direct because we don't have an Executive Director.
That is really not important for you to understand at this point."

Can anyone make any sense of this?? Is it really unimportant to know??

I saw on the list that HO direct reports are in Wave 1 which is July 10 - 12.

I think it is important to know if you are planning on going to National Conference so you know when you are going.

But seeing what she said by what you wrote could be taken out of context not knowing what she meant. She may mean that you can get your questions answered by her.
