Hi,

I am looking for a muffin recipe to make for a party. I have the mini-muffin pan. I looked through the Pampered Chef recipes and came across Rasberry Almond Mini-Muffins.

Has anyone made this or had it? Is it good? Or does anyone have any other suggestions? I am looking for something I can make the day before.

Thanks! :chef:

Andrea

This recipe came with the MMP years ago and it is really good and makes really moist flavorful muffins.

I sorry what is mmp

Mini Muffin Pan

My bad but thank you...

Sometimes you have to check the context as the Measure Mix and Pour is also abbreviated MMP from time to time. (Although it is not mentioned nearly as frequently as the other MMP.) :)

What happens when you want to order a MMP and get a MMP? :D;):p

I got excited...I thought this recipe (Rasberry Almond Mini-Muffins ) was going to show up here!

Heres hoping it still will.

Patty you are the best thank you :)

You are so welcome! Let me know how they turn out. I would love to make them and have everything except the raspberry preserves but will get some soon.

Deluxe is such a silly name for it. As if there's a non-deluxe version out there.

yum! Thanks!

Ok, I am inspired to try this today. Much more fun than laundry! But I am going to use my sister's homemade blackberry preserves instead. Wish me luck!

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of muffins are best for a party?

For a party, it's best to choose a variety of muffins that cater to different tastes. Popular options include blueberry muffins, chocolate chip muffins, banana nut muffins, and lemon poppy seed muffins. Offering a mix of sweet and savory muffins can also appeal to a wider audience.

How can I make muffins that are visually appealing for a party?

To make muffins visually appealing, consider using colorful liners, adding a sprinkle of coarse sugar on top for a nice finish, or incorporating fruits and nuts that add texture and color. You can also use a muffin tin with unique shapes to make them stand out.

Can I make muffins ahead of time for a party?

Yes, muffins can be made ahead of time. They typically freeze well, so you can bake them a few days in advance and store them in an airtight container. Just be sure to let them cool completely before freezing, and reheat them in the oven for a few minutes before serving to restore freshness.

What are some dietary considerations when choosing muffins for a party?

When selecting muffins for a party, consider dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free options. You can find recipes that accommodate these needs, or you can label the muffins clearly to help guests make informed choices.

How can I enhance the flavor of my muffins for a party?

To enhance the flavor of your muffins, consider adding spices like cinnamon or nutmeg, incorporating citrus zest, or using high-quality extracts like vanilla or almond. You can also experiment with mix-ins like chocolate chips, dried fruits, or flavored yogurt to elevate the taste.
