Suggestions for Shower Goodies??

A host is needing yummy recipes for a wedding shower. She would like them to be made ahead and easily re-heated for serving. She said something about little pancakes with strawberries that she saw someplace. (the shower is to be at 11am) She was hoping I can help her with some great looking recipes for this. I thought something about the size of the mini muffin pan would be good, but am at a loss about
recipes that would re-heat well for the shower. If anyone can help and can easily post recipes with any suggestions I would be so grateful.

Sorry Robin. Yes- reheating is the kicker. Not a lot of recipes reheat great. Plus it depends on how many servings she needs.
