I just found some cookie press recipes.... I am gung-ho on trying some new cookie press recipes. I found some exciting recipe sites and wanted to share (and have a place to refer to). Please share yours. Here's the Wilton press tips page

I just got a BUNCH of old cookie cookbooks from the library! Can't wait to try their press recipes!

problem with spritz recipeI have a customer who has the cookie press, but is frustrated with it. She said she attempted to make the recipe that came with it and everything ran together. I don't have one...would appreciate any advice/insights from those of you who do!

You have to get a feel for the dough. If her dough was runny, she sould have refrigerated for 15 minutes. If too hard leave at room temp. for 15. You can't use a hot stone. Press, WAIT a second to give it time to attach, then pull off.
