Chef Kearns said:I earned Level 2 we are extending our trip by 3 nights. I'm not sure what hotel we're going to move to yet. It depends on what rate they give me when they call to make our reservations.

ChefLoriG said:while those rates are great, is it worth it to pack all your stuff, get a taxi to go to a new hotel, unpack, etc or is it just easier to pay for the convenience of being on the property?
We are just going to extend at the Coronado, hate to waste time with moving to a diff place
The best time to coordinate a meet-up at Disney World is during the off-peak seasons, which typically include mid-January to mid-February and mid-September to mid-November. These times generally have fewer crowds, making it easier to enjoy the parks and coordinate activities.
To find a suitable location for your meet-up, consider popular gathering spots such as the parks' central plazas, designated picnic areas, or even themed dining venues. It’s also helpful to check the Disney World website for any reserved spaces or event options that can accommodate your group.
Utilize social media groups, email newsletters, or messaging apps to keep in touch with attendees. Create a dedicated event page where you can share updates, itineraries, and important information. Encourage attendees to ask questions and share their preferences to enhance engagement.
To ensure everyone has a great time, plan a mix of structured activities and free time. Consider the interests of your group when selecting attractions and dining options. Additionally, provide a clear schedule and be flexible to accommodate different preferences and energy levels.
If someone in the group needs special accommodations, reach out to Disney World’s Guest Services in advance to discuss options. Ensure that you communicate any specific needs to the group, so everyone is aware and can assist if necessary. It’s important to be inclusive and make arrangements that allow everyone to participate comfortably.
