I got a new laptop and it came with Vista. I have not been able to install PP on it. I get all kinds of errors and after I did get it on and install the update for spring I can not restore from back up. Anyone else have problems????

Call HO - Tech Support. They will walk you through it. Apparently it's near impossible to install the software on Vista WITHOUT Tech Support help.

Tech Support was wonderful helping me load P3 on my new Vista laoptop. You will definately need them so don't even try it on your own.

I hope they post the instructions somewhere so others can know what to do if they are running Vista. Has anyone suggested this yet?

That would be great, but I don't think that all the problems are the same. I wound up on the phone for 1 1/2 hours because of a Vista issue with importing my PP data.....a problem that they hadn't had before I called.

Oh, got ya Linda.
