Hello all. I am still relatively new to all this, heading to my first cooking show this weekend! I am trying to place a supply order on P3 and it is saying that

'PamperedPartner Plus has encountered an unexpected error. You may be able to continue working. If you restart the application and this error persist, please contact the Solution Center at (888) OUR-CHEF.'

But I can't continue working. It happened last night and again this morning. My question, does this happen often? I don't know whether to wait it out or call the Solution Center. :confused:

BTW, I have been reading through these forums for the past month or so. You all are so friendly and helpful!!
 
I have been using P3 for a while and I have never seen that. You probably need to call HO and talk to tech support. In my expirience they have been really friendly and helpful. Welcome to the club, I hope you enjoy it!

I gave them a call tonight, when it still wasn't working. Turns out it was my Windows Vista. :rolleyes: Luckily, he fixed it in no time for me! :)

Any idea what he did to fix it?????????? I have Windows XP and I have seen that error too!
