Trying to figure out how to sync P3 and my website... customer contact information. I tried to press the sync button on P3 but it didn't do anything.
 
Not sure what sync button you are talking about, but in P3 if you click on "tools", then "personal web site synchronization" it will open the prompt to do what you want to do.Also, if you sign into Consultant's Corner > (click on) download > (click on) Pampered Partner Support information > (look in the left hand column and click on the 6th arrow link) Quick start guide ... (it's a P3 tutorial that will really teach you how to maneuver through that program and utilize it for everything that it's worth!) :D
 
Also, besides sync, you'll need to make sure the summary page in PP+ is checked to sync it with your website.

You can also check under "tools" , "Preferences", "pws syncronization" , and put a check in the box to : "Create all shows on my Personal Website". ... for some reason, my shows stopped syncing. When i called the helpdesk, they told me to check the box on the summary page. I never had to click this before -
