I think I have done something wrong in the cosmos or something. I have had to do 5 adjustments in the last 2 days, only one from shipping problems, the rest are broken things during use. Anyone else having this problem?

I've had 2 in the last 2 days...one broken item from a show a month ago and my show delivered today had 3 missing things and 2 extra things.

I called today and the C.S. rep I talked to said she hadn't been doing any more adjustments than usual...

You can't type a C and an S together to mean customer service. The forum software will spell out CS from it.We now return you to your regularly scheduled thread.

Ok, I fixed it and put C.S. now - too funny!

Thanks for telling me that! It happened to me once before and I thought I was going nuts! I just knew that I didn't type out chef success. whew ;)

I just did an adjustment on a quick stir pitcher plunger and then my friend pulled her pork roast out of the stove and heard a pop and then a lady from my church called and said their are ridges in her self sharpening knife. The crazy thing is they are all my friends

I know there was an execuflash posted on here that something like 50% of the September shows were submitted in the last 5 days of the month. With the shipping facility upgrades and the late submissions, they have to work faster. Faster work means more oopses.
