Okay, I have tried to send my newsletter for August. I always send it to my DH email first to make sure everything looks right. I have tried to copy in and add it to the body(like I do every other month), but it didn't work. Then I tried to do it as an attachment, which didn't work either. When I open the email in either case it all comes out twisted and all over the place. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

What program are you using to send the email? If you are using hotmail/yahoo something else in a browser, then I'd advise closing all browsers and clearing your cache and trying again. If you are using a mail client like outlook, trying closing it, reopening, and starting over from scratch with a new email.

I use outlook. I did close it out after the first email with it in the body because I have to open my husbands profile in our computer so I am totally logged out of mine. I then tried to send it as the attachment.

That is weird. Do you want to post the attachment here and see if I can open it, save it, and repost it, and see if that solves your problem.

LOL, I alsmost suggested you email it to me and then remembered that you can't attach it right now.

I can't get it to upload. I guess I will have to wait til the computer genious comes home in the a.m.:D

Hmm, that is weird. Good luck.

Look at the email that your husband got using print preview and see if it straightens it. I get some emails like that and using print preview is the only way I can see them.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my August newsletter is not sending at all?

If your August newsletter is not sending, first check your internet connection to ensure it is stable. Then, verify that you have correctly scheduled the newsletter and that there are no errors in the recipient list. If everything seems in order, try logging out and back into your account or clearing your browser's cache.

Why are some of my recipients not receiving the August newsletter?

There could be several reasons why some recipients are not receiving the newsletter. Check if their email addresses are valid and not marked as spam. Additionally, ensure that your email service provider is not blocking the emails due to spam filters. You may also want to ask recipients to check their spam or junk folders.

How can I check if my newsletter was sent successfully?

You can check the status of your newsletter by accessing the 'Sent' or 'Campaigns' section of your email marketing platform. Look for the August newsletter in the list and check the delivery status. Most platforms will provide statistics on how many emails were successfully sent, opened, and clicked.

What should I do if my newsletter formatting looks incorrect?

If the formatting of your newsletter appears incorrect, review the template you used to create it. Ensure that all images and text are properly aligned and that there are no broken links. It may help to preview the newsletter in different email clients to see how it renders. If issues persist, consider using a different template or adjusting the HTML code.

How can I improve the deliverability of my newsletters in the future?

To improve the deliverability of your newsletters, ensure that your email list is clean and up-to-date, removing any invalid or inactive email addresses. Encourage subscribers to whitelist your email address and regularly engage with your audience to maintain interest. Additionally, avoid using spammy words in your subject lines and content to reduce the risk of being flagged by spam filters.
