Hi everyone,
1st post, looking for help in uk
I have just picked up a staged show for next friday and don't know where to start, how to pitch etc.
This will be in a town hall with approx 200 people!
We have a 20min slot on stage and a table for display purpose to one side. There will also be a fashion show, not sure what else.
We have been asked to prepare something for people to taste possibly hot brocolli dip?

Look forward to any advise

Wow, as I am new I don't really have much advice... but good luck, this sounds like a great start!

Sounds like a great opportunity, Wooky!

I have a Sainsbury's Magazine, (my daughter was in London for a friend's wedding in Sept.) and looked thru it again just now to see what kind of things are similar to PC. (This was October's mag) There were several salad recipes, so our 6 O'Clock salads would probably go over well for the demo.

Do you have the salad Celebration shows? If not, just ask and I can copy them here.

To offer a sample, maybe the Truffle Brownie Cups?
