I'm still learning and had a lady call me last night and wants to host a bridal shower show. What is the best way to do this? Do you recommend any pre-show preparation or other things I need to know to make it the best possible show? Any and all ideas and hints will be appreciated. Also, any good clean games to play for a bridal shower show? Thanks!

A Bridal Shower is just like any other show except, you gear it towards the Bride... maybe some shower games. I would just do one recipe, and display some of the Simple Additions pieces. To decorate them for a Bridal Fair, all I did was buy three premade bows at a craft store and tie them to the top. For something so simple, it looked great! Usually someone else will host the shower... you could always award tickets for anyone who brings a PC recipe.

There are so many great ideas available. Do a files search on CS for "shower" or "bridal" and there will be some great ideas for games.

Make sure to have the bride do a wishlist of everything she wants. Also check out http://www.chefsuccess.com/showthread.php?t=9132&page=2 starting at post 40 - are files you can use with I think shipping labels that you put on index cards, take out what the bride wants and either put them in a basket or on a board for people to take the one(s) they want to buy for the bride.

Don't forget to remind them that they can buy gifts for themselves as well as for the bride.

What are some tips for hosting a successful bridal shower show with Pampered Chef?

To host a successful bridal shower show, start by selecting a comfortable venue with enough space for guests. Create a warm and inviting atmosphere with decorations that match the bride's theme. Plan a menu that features easy-to-make recipes using Pampered Chef products, and consider incorporating a cooking demonstration. Encourage guests to participate by offering hands-on experiences with the products. Lastly, ensure to have a clear agenda to keep the event flowing smoothly.

What types of games can we play during the bridal shower show?

Incorporate fun games like "Guess the Kitchen Tool," where guests identify various Pampered Chef tools, or "Recipe Bingo," where guests fill out bingo cards with ingredients or products used during the cooking demonstration. You can also play "Who Knows the Bride Best?" with trivia questions about the bride. These games not only entertain but also promote the products in a light-hearted way.

How can I encourage guests to purchase Pampered Chef products during the bridal shower show?

To encourage purchases, offer exclusive discounts or special bundles available only during the event. Provide a catalog for guests to browse and highlight popular items during the cooking demonstration. Share personal stories about how the products have benefited you or the bride. Additionally, consider having a raffle for a Pampered Chef item to create excitement and incentivize purchases.

What should I include in the invitation for the bridal shower show?

Your invitation should include the date, time, and location of the shower, along with RSVP details. Mention that it will be a Pampered Chef show, and highlight any special activities, such as cooking demonstrations or games. You may also want to include a note about bringing a favorite recipe to share or any specific items guests should bring, such as their favorite kitchen tool.

How can I make the bridal shower show more interactive for guests?

To make the show more interactive, involve guests in the cooking process by assigning them tasks or having them help with the preparation of dishes. Encourage questions during the demonstration and allow guests to try out the products themselves. You can also set up stations where guests can create their own mini dishes using Pampered Chef tools, fostering a hands-on experience that keeps everyone engaged.
