I am a Team Leader and I haven't received any leads yet. I think I have to sell so much, but does my team need to have so much in sales too?

Team Leader team needs to sell $2500 in a month. I know that part. I am not sure if there is more to it or not.

Team sales (which include your's) need to be $2500 per month. Your sales need to be $750 to maintain TL status, but $1250 to qualify for leads (3 months out of 4?). Not sure if there is a recruiting requirement too to maintain leads?

Congratulations!
