Suggestion for Brunch Vendor Fair

Ok I am doing a Vendor Fair on Sat. and I am to bring some food for the brunch. What would you bring that doesn't need to be kept warm and will feed alot?

Monkey bread made in the fluted pan. About 3 or 4 canisters of the biscuits should fill it up nicely and it makes lots of little bite size servings.

Brownie bites travel well in the mini muffin pan and serve a lot. I used those for a brunch type boutique in December and they were a hit. Plus, no need to refridgerate.

the 2 ingredient fudge works great also. I put it in the EAD and squirt it in to little cup cake papers.

Or to make it easy on yourself, put lots of wrapped chocolate in simple additions =), half price Easter candy for the win!
