OMG. I just can't imagine doing that restrictive of a diet for that long. You were stronger than me!That's why I like Weight Watchers, I guess - on the flex program, I can eat WHATEVER I want, as long as I have the points for it. And of course I'm supposed to follow the healthy guidelines (how many veggie, dairy, etc servings to have) but I have varying success with that.
