I can't seem to find the answer on the website, my host can't close the the show I held July 27th until Wednesday. Is it too late? How long do I have for it to still be a July show? Do I need to call it August and contact all the guests?...so frustrated!

As long as it's in by the 15th it can still be dates July.ETA: that info is at the bottom of all host special flyers.

LOL of course it is, I knew the info was RIGHT in front of my face somewhere -Thank you so much!
 
Also, if you hold the show in July, but close it in August, it will not count for the July shows submitted promotion (or the August one), and the commission will be paid out in your August mid-month commission.
