I had a customer at my last show who said she has the utlity knife with sharpening case and she sharpens it all time, but it is dull. Has anyone heard that before? She was wondering how she should get it sharpened.
Any suggestions???

Ask her if she washes the case. This will wrecks the sharpener. I did this myself. They sell replacement cases.

Do you mean washing the case in general or just in the dishwasher?
Thanks for the tip!

Washing in general in use care card says do not emerge the sharpening case in water only wipe with a damp cloth. I hope that helps.

I have not immersed the sharpening case on mine... but my knives are no longer ideally sharp- they work for most things great, but not so good with tomatoes, which is what people love to see at shows.
