There are 8 repeats in the this new SBRC. Anyone else find that a bit much? I know it's because they really wanted to focus on the main meals at $2, but still.-Smoky Buffalo Chicken Wings (F/W 08)

to some I'm sure it seems like a lot, but as a newbie, they are mostly new to me.

I'm with you on the desserts! My hospitality cluster just did cook-a-thon and we made a bunch of the new recipes. The Chocolate-Caramel Pecan Cakes were m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m-m so-o good!!!!!! My new favorite!!

I love to bake but then I'll just eat it all. I mean, I'll wake up in the morning and if there's pie in the fridge that's what I'll want for breakfast. So, I usually don't keep chips or desserts around. What I do, is bake to my heart's content and take it to the faculty at my daughter's junior high. They gobble everything up and I only have to take home the empty plate. Even if it didn't turn out very good they're always lapping it up. I try to make something new once a week. My family and I get to try it and then it's out of the house. Works great!

8 repeats is actually about typical. There's usually a 2 to 1 ratio of new to returning recipes.
