Urgent Need inspiration for a recipe tasting invitation?

I was looking for a recipe tasting invitation, I saw one somewhere for a mystery host show. I liked it and thought I would revamp it for an upcoming fundraiser I am doing for a local church. Of course I can not find it and I am meeting with the Chairperson Friday. Hoping I do not have to start from scratch my creativity is stifled lately. Please post if you can help.
