Quick, Cheap and Easy (Not What You Are Thinking!!)

Someone from my homeschool group sent out an email looking for a chocolate recipe that can be made for a wedding reception. She said it needed to be quick, cheap and easy because she will have to make a lot. Anyone have any suggestions? I thought this might help open the door for me for some new business. The only thing I could think of was the Profiterole Puffs made with chocolate filling.

I was thinking the tuxedo brownies, too. Maybe the puffs AND the brownies! Both are great because they're bite-size grab and go kind of things!

I have a great muffin recipe that is dairy-free and very easy. But would they want muffins after having wedding cake?

Peppermint bark & Cream Cheese MintsBark is BEAUTIFUL, and really yummy. Haven't made the mints, but they look good! I tend to provide more than originally asked for...hope it's not too much information!
