I got it resolved today, but does anyone know if it will still count for September sales and commission check? I really hope so! It pushed me over $2500!!

You have until the 3rd to get it resolved.

I think that it does go by the date you submitted the show - so it should count for September. If this is incorrect, someone please correct me and I will delete!

When a show is placed on hold, HO will give you a date that the issue(s) need to be resolved by in order for it to count for the month you submitted it in. This is most critical if your show was submitted at the end of a month and you want it to count for that month. HO usually only gives you a few days to get everything resolved.

The date is usually a day or so before the next commission payment date.

I don't think it could be the 3rd this time. I submitted 2 shows on the 30th and they didn't even show up as received (or on my tracker) until about noon on Tues. the 2nd! They still show received not even picking yet. CC says they're shipping orders received thru 9/28. Must be sending out a lot of cheap cookware!!!

When I had one of my end of the month shows on hold, they told me I had until the 5th for it to count on that month's commission. Don't know if that's always the date, but that's what I had till.

I just double-checked my e-mail, and it does say the 3rd. I got it resolved yesterday, and it's showing in all my trackers today. However, I did not get the e-mail until the 2nd, so not much time to fix it!
