I am working on a potential booking and the host doesn't know anything about PC or what a party entails. Does anyone have a letter/email that puts it all together in a simple to read, easy to understand format.

Donna, forget a letter or email. Either meeting for coffee or talking on the phone sounds like the best way to educate the host. Don't expect them to learn by themselves via fliers or mails ... talk as friends, one to one. You'll find it a productive use of your time and energy.

There are also plenty of resources on how to find a 30 second commercial that aren't PC specific:

She'll probably benefit from seeing a catalog, or even a few pieces in person, that's why an in-person meeting would be the best. If you can't mail her a catalog, send her a link to the virtual one, but don't skip out on talking to her.
