Pampered Chef Bags-Supply Order Form?

Do we need to buy these to provide our host and her guest orders? Or do they auto ship with orders for host? confused?

And there's usually a few extra (or at least I always seem to get a few extra) so then I just put them away for future use. I've never needed to buy any and have about 20 in the cupboard right now. HTH
