How long does it take for VIP to deliver orders? I ordered my stuff the day the TPC announced that VIP was leaving, and have not heard a thing!!
 
I haven't received my either, they have taken out of my account.

It took about a week for the couple of things I ordered. I'm guessing they've been flooded with orders because of the clearance sale. It couldn't hurt to contact them, though.
 
I ordered the day after the announcement and I got my stuff last thursday.

I ordered 3 shirts a jacket and some pens.
I got a couple confirmations as well as a shipping confirmation and tracking

Did you get confirmations. Maybee it was so busy your order did not go thru properly?

I just emailed them. I went onto their website and my order is showing up, but not showing shipped or picking or anything. Hopefully they will email me back soon!!!

Wow, definitely follow up on this! I had to wait until my tax refund came in :eek: and was afraid all the cheffers had bought it all!!

I placed my order on the 20th and it got here on the 27th. I have already worn my HWC tshirt out and handed out two catalogs....started a couple of conversations with past customers about this year's HWC :)

I emailed them about my order and they said it's getting embrodered (sp) today and shipped tomorrow.

That is the one grip I have with all of our vendors is there is not tracking - Rarely even notification that is has even shipped
 
I just checked my status and it said it shipped. I do agree that there should be tracking available. I was just thinking about my stuff this morning! It's ironic that this is the first thread I really looked at when I came on here today!
I am eagerly awaiting my delivery! Last Saturday, I had a show, and I went to the dryer to take out my clothes that were drying and somehow ink was all over everything! ( I never did find the pen either!) So I threw everything back in the wash machine and washed it with extra Tide and HOT water! Most of it came out but of course my white blouse that I always wear to my shows didn't get all the stains out! That morning was the pits because it happened like 10 minutes before I was had to leave for my show! So I frantically found different clothes and an apron that would match my clothes! I had all my micro fiber towels in there and my tablecloth! ugh!:mad: ! Luckily the stains came out of the towels and my dress pants, which is surpising because they are a tan color, but my blouse was white so not all of the ink came out!:rolleyes:
I had just ordered a white blouse 4 days before! I also ordered a denim blouse. So they need to hurry up and get here!

I am new and all, but I ordered some stuff from VIP and it shipped rather quickly, and there was tracking. I recieved the tracking number in an e-mail as well as if you go to account settings or something...
 
Shipping is probably going to be slow because everyone is trying to scoop up deals
 
I placed my order the same day we got the email (I believe on the 15th) and I called 2 days ago because I still haven't got my stuff. A woman called me back to tell me that they were having the shirts embroidered and would ship out today at the latest.
 
alright, I just checked and still no tracking number. Ugh! I want my cute ribbon tote!:D

Okay I'm totally excited...My Ribbon Tote is going to be delivered TODAY!! :D I can't wait. I'm stalking the UPS guy. LOL!! I've heard so much about the Ribbon Tote I can't wait to actually get it!! I feel like a kid at christmas. Of course I feel that way when ever I get new stuff from PC too. LOL :D Time to go stalk the UPS guy. LOL
